This course offers a comprehensive exploration of the complex world of vestibular pathology. Designed for healthcare professionals in audiology, neurology, physical therapy, and related fields, this course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, differentiate, and diagnose various vestibular conditions.
Participants will learn to recognize the symptoms and clinical presentations of common vestibular disorders such as Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction, BPPV, Meniere's disease, and vestibular migraine, among others. Emphasis will be placed on interpreting patient history, performing targeted diagnostic tests, and best practice in treatment.
Through case studies, real-world videos, and knowledge checks, participants will hone their ability to differentiate between various pathologies. Additionally, the course will explore the interdisciplinary nature of vestibular care, encouraging collaborative approaches to treatment and management.
